Builder across anything
Tino Specht
I learn whatever a build needs, then I ship it: off-grid infrastructure in Patagonia, video for the world's biggest Bitcoin conferences, and software that hundreds of people rely on.
- 01 Real World Build The Citadel: an off-grid home base for family and friends, built from scratch on the far side of a river in Patagonia. Explore
- 02 Multimedia Four years editing and producing for BTC Inc: Bitcoin Conference promos, onsite content, and BMTV. Watch
- 03 Coding & Software Live river-level and outdoor tools that hundreds of people use, and that I maintain. See the products
How I work
- Define the job. I start with the goal, define the job, and plan it out so I know exactly what to execute.
- Use what's new. I get current on the technology that could solve the problem and rarely default to legacy tech. Often I can build my own solution that's more efficient, higher quality, and orders of magnitude more economical.
- Lean on my network. When I need help, I have advisors across tech, infrastructure, marketing, multimedia, software, Spanish, local politics, legal bureaucracy, and investing.
- Design to keep running. Things stay running because I design them to need little maintenance from the start. If something breaks every time it's used, the time and economics don't work.
Let's build something.
